SHIPPING POLICY

Our processing time is 48 hours after the order has been placed. Tracking information will be accessible to you in 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order placement. 'Touched By Mya' does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. 

Refund Policy

The items on our website and shipped items are final. We offer no refund or returns. If there are any issues with your order, you can e-mail us along with your name, order number, and issue of your order. Once you place your order, you may not cancel it.

Return Policy

We welcome your return request; if you receive a wrong item and return it intact (unworn, unopened), we exchange it with your actual ordered product. This exchange process will not be entertained if the hair has been tampered with. 

Cancellation Policy

If you book an appointment and want to cancel or reschedule it, please contact us via e-mail or phone call within 48 hours. The E-mail address and phone number are given on our website. Money transferred to us cover cancellations, no-shows, and future rebooking. 

Updates in our policies

Wig building policy

Wig building is a service in which you provide 3 or 4 bundles, and we build a wig for you. You need to provide info based on construction time and requirement, lace closure or frontal, and head measurements. If you are not sure about your head measurement, you can book an appointment with us. The consultation fee will be added to your 'wig building' order. Your product will be ready for shipping or pick-up in 2 to 3 days.  

Touched By Mya has the right to change/update any policies at any time. You will be updated promptly. We advise you to visit our 'Terms and conditions' page frequently to remain updated if you missed the notification.
